Hello, dear friends!
As we already established, fortifying your willpower against the difficulties of everyday life requires tremendous effort.
But ultimately, you are the only person who is going to benefit from this journey of self-discovery and insight.
Setting small goals, self-control and using the achievement of those small goals as a boost in confidence are what we explained in the previous blog post.
In this blog, we will explain three more practical methods that can be of use to you.
Without further ado, let’s get to it!
Fourth Approach: Conquer the Day
Confucius is quoted as saying, ‘The will to win, the desire to succeed, the urge to reach your full potential... these are the keys that will unlock the door to personal excellence.’
It takes a while to train yourself and develop a lasting habit, but the amount of time and effort you have to put into it differs from one person to another.
Since we’re taking everything one step at a time, you cannot expect too much from yourself. Try to break this training down to bits and rejoice in the practice of doing it every day.
So, essentially, you have to slow down and take one step at a time.
Day after day, your will is strengthened and eventually you will attach all those days together in a streak of victorious training.
Many people do not realize the importance of taking one step at a time and that is why they almost always fail when they want to try out new things!
Fifth Approach: Take Showers
Now this step may seem odd to a lot of you, but taking showers especially really cold or really hot ones (more than you are used to) can help build your strength and willpower.
The short couple of moments that you suffer under the extreme temperature can make you feel uncomfortable…
… but after you go through to the bitter end and emerge victorious, you will feel confident and overpowered, simply because you overcame a challenging struggle.
Try to take cold showers, even if it is for a few seconds. The result will be riveting to your soul.
Sixth Approach: No Matter What Occurs, Keep Moving Forward
Robert Downey Jr., the man who started it all in the MCU, once said:
‘I think that the power is the principle. The principle of moving forward, as though you have the confidence to move forward, eventually gives you confidence when you look back and see what you've done.’
You might have heard this sentence or similar sentences in a lot of motivational books, speeches, movies and etc.
Keep moving forward no matter what occurs or what the future might bring down your path.
You will stumble and fall on your way to achieving the big dream. You might even twist your ankle and think you can’t go on anymore.
But remember that nothing is impossible as long as you try.
What would you do when you fall? You get up. You train every day to get stronger.
Then try again and again until you reach the finish line!
A BIG HUG!!!

I believe and we can! Resteem...
